Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. Because some of our products are made to order and some ship from fulfillment partners, return eligibility can vary by item. Please review the details below before placing your order.

  1. Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)
    Many of our custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you after purchase. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item or design

  • Disliking the fit, material, or colors in person

Please double-check your size, color, shipping address, and design selection before completing your order.

  1. Partner-Shipped Items (Return Eligibility)
    Some accessories and home/kitchen items ship from partner warehouses or suppliers. Return eligibility may vary depending on the item. If a return is available, it will be handled according to the product’s return terms shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable before ordering, please email us and we’ll help.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    We will take care of you if there’s a problem with the order itself.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective (printing issue, misprint, major flaw)

  • The wrong item/size/design from what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bonethreadsclothing@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem (and the full item)

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

This is decided case by case depending on the issue.

  1. Order Cancellations
    Because orders go into production or fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations after an order is placed.

If you need to cancel, email bonethreadsclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If production/fulfillment has not yet started, we may be able to cancel. If it has already started, the order will be treated as final sale.

  1. Packages Lost in Transit
    If your order shows as “in transit” for an unusually long time or appears lost, please email us with your order number.

If a package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Offer another solution depending on the situation

Note: If tracking shows “delivered” and you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors/household members and your local post office or carrier. In most cases, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  1. Refunds (When Approved)
    If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost item:

  • It will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (timing depends on your bank/card issuer).

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
