Processing / Fulfillment Time

  • Made-to-order items: typically 1–5 business days to produce before shipment.

  • Partner-shipped items (select accessories/home & kitchen): typically 1–3 business days to process before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time (United States)

  • Made-to-order items: typically 5–11 business days total (processing + transit).

  • Partner-shipped items: typically 8–15 business days total (processing + transit).

Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.

Tracking
Tracking is provided when available and may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Costs
– Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
– Any free-shipping offers will be clearly labeled on the product page or at checkout.

Delays
